one of Microsoft Services is causing the system to freeze

can you please help me which one of these 25 services are causing that ? or can I safely just leave these services off? any help ,suggestions or recommendations would be massively appreciated!

Start a few of them and test. Start a few more and test again. I'll think the easiest is to add 5 at a time.
Remember what you did start, so you know in what group of services the problem is.

Which of the 25 services is the culprit?

I appreciate your help I just ran it with the instructions in the link you gave me, and the result was it did not find any problem whatsoever
any other solution would be appreciated aswell, now im trying to run services 5 by 5 to find it out , Im looking forward to your reply thanks!

Culprit found?

run services.msc. SuperFetch service has startup type=automatic? Put it to "disabled". Now run msconfig and select "normal startup". Sure system doesn't freeze anymore?

Sure system is freezing if superfetch service is running? Try to run task manager and see if it's using a lot of cpu. Is harddisk light flashing all the time?

If after extensive testing ONLY proves it is the super fetch service,

Then you can re-download the legit service again as its possible the service became corrupted.
