Font doesn't look sharp anymore

After playing PlanetSide 2, my font on my computer looks kind of dull or just a little bit blurry. I tried taking a screen shot, but it looks fine in the screen shot. Any reason why?

When I was playing PlanetSide 2, I accidentally choosed a 1600 resolution. My monitor then "auto-adjusted" then when I changed it back to 1920x1080 (my actual resolution), it didn't "auto-adjust", I think that's whats causing it. I've restarted my computer and no results still.

EDIT: If I turn it down to 50 hertz (refresh rate) it looks normal. But my screen is getting cut off at the edges

Oh my gosh, I'm so stupid for not trying that! I thought it was something to do with my gpu and the resolution or I don't know. But thank you so much!
