File destinations

When I save files from my business, originating in Open Office, to folders in My Documents, a copy is sent to the Photos folder as well thus contaminating my photo file with letters and spread sheets.

Hello Ranlom, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Are you saving the files into your Documents library or "C:\Users\(user-name)\Documents" folder?

Are they duplicated in your Pictures library or "C:\Users\(user-name)\Pictures" folder?

For now, double check using OPTION TWO in the tutorial below that your Pictures folder is still set to it's default "C:\Users\(user-name)\Pictures" location.

User Folders - Restore Default Location

Hope this helps,
