Lock Down System Restore Disk Space Usage

Hi,

I am trying to stop this custom setting from changing. If I do a complete restore from a backup it always goes back to default. After a tweak or crash or whatever it keeps returning to 5 percent and I loose my system restore points. I'm not sure what is resetting it.

I would like to set it to 20 percent and have a history of restore points that do not keep disappearing. Is there a way to set it and have it keep the setting?

Thank You
