    please can someone help me.i am desperate i want to run some Cd's but this error keeps cropping up

    Please please can anyone tell me how to fix it in an easy terms as i do not understand computers that much.

    What program??I'm not sure i understand what you mean by what program sorry can you expand please

    Can you elaborate on what happens when you insert the music cd into the computer ( I am assuming it is a music cd ) ? Step by step if you can so that I know what you are doing exactly so that I may be able to further diagnose the issue at hand.

    Hi Thank you nfor trying to help me..It isn't a music CD but a crafting CD with lots of artwork etc etc.
    Its called
    'My Craft Studio' it is purpose built graphics program.i can normally run other crafting cd's but these are being prevented by my computer saying what it does.. I bought second hand ones off eBay.. .
