Not for now... but for later
Lenovo Support - Drivers & Software (US) click "drivers & software", select your product (G470). Fill in "windows 7" as operating system. All straight forward.

I'm really tied I've been trying to fix my computer for 9 hours now and don't know what to install from the Lenovo website. I'm guessing the bios but now I'm lost and don't even know how to start of the clean install. Do I have my bootable USB plugged in and then turn on my computer?

Reply back and I will continue working on it in about 6 hours from now

Do you have another computer to communicate with me in case of problems?

Maybe better for you to get some sleep and continue tomorrow
