I try to format this 4tb hard disk into mbr and it see ONLY 2TB of hard disk the other 2tb don't see it anywhere to format it as a secont partition of the hard disk.

    What i do wrong?

From the acronis disc image 11 as mbr it see ONLY one partition of 2tb and not the other 2tb to make it as two mbr partitions.

As win7 onboard program it see it like this

and i can format ONLY the first 2tb partition NOT the other 1.678,02tb partition.

    Why is that happening?

I tell from the BEGGINNING that i have old wd media player.
And that maybe needed to split the 4tb hard disk into 2 mbr partitions of 2tb each partition

If i choose the mbr ntfs with cluster 64 what is the size limit for each partition?
    As I have said

    And about 4K,
as of October 2013, there are still no 4K native hard drives available on the market, and all Advanced Format devices are utilizing the 512e emulation instead.
You can see Advanced Format - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
So you cannot format in one partition by MBR
So not to mention the 64k native hard drives, then 2tb is too for the cluster 64k because
    512e emulation
    and
no 4K native hard drives available on the market
You see the 64k because it groups the 512x128.

And when you plug the hard disk, the first thing is to affirm GPT or MBR, then you format to 4k, 8k,16k.

For example, this is my disk and it is latest. I have 4K but the HD tune shows like below:

And if it shows 4k or more (no 4K native hard drives available on the market :)) , then for 4K,16TB max for one partition of MBR, and 64K,256TB max for one partition of MBR

    In wiki,
The organization of the partition table in the MBR limits the maximum addressable storage space of a disk to 2 TB (232 × 512 bytes)
    MBR
So the computer only recognized first 2TB, like 32 bit system find 4GB memory while 8GB memory.
If you want to take advantage of the rest, you can use some software which I mentioned.

I want either format it into 2 partitions as mbr, either as one at always at mbr because i just want to see the hdd my wd hd tv gen2 media player my win7 32bit and 64bit see the hdd normally.
Every partition and i choose or anything i formatted the wd hd tv gen2 it doesn't regonise/seee it.

So what you suggest me to do.

You cannot get one with MBR but 2 with MBR as I said in #12.
    For use 2
you can use the software.“Acronis True Image 2014”, not by windows 7 disk management because #13

    Acronis Extended Capacity Manager
The Acronis Extended Capacity Manager allows your operating system support large capacity disks with the MBR partition style. You are able to use the disk space beyond 2 TB. This free space will be recognized as a separate disk, and will be usable by your operating system and applications as if it was a regular physical hard disk.
Acronis Extended Capacity Manager wizard displays all hard disks larger than 2 TB (unallocated or with MBR partition style). You can see the disk space which Windows recognizes and allocates. This space is called Windows Native Capacity in the wizard.

You may try it, but I won't.
