(someone correct me if i am totally off here but i am pretty sure this could be a possible cause)
Now that you mentioned, I remembered something that maybe is crucial for the problem.

When it freezes, and I instantly reset it, it says BOOTMGR image file is corrupt.

But if I let it rest for like 30 mins, it starts up normally.
Bootmgr is a windows system file and if it says its corrupt then that could be the problem all by itself. If I could tell ya how to extract that one file from the windows disc I would
But I can't recall off hand how to do that from the disk as it's been quite awhile since I've had to do that.
IT REALLY WAS THE RAM. Thank you. Take all my Rep.

I had a very similar issue. I didn't have any personal data, other than game backups (which I backup to my eHDD) so I decided to re-install a clean version of Windows 7, fully updated, etc., but it still kept freezing. I replaced the HDD and hadn't had a freeze since. I would do a data backup if you have important files, use System Restore to go to a previous "working" time frame. If that doesn't work, try a clean install of Windows and if that doesn't work, pop a new/other HDD and try that.

Yeah, I bought a new HDD too hoping for a solution, but it was just a broken RAM Module. It's fixed now.

Lucky! I wish mine was just a stick of RAM, but glad to know it's fixed!
