Movie files not played from 2nd Local Disk

    OK, so finally chkdsk is finishes. And still no problems found, and still, my movies will not play..

    I figured it out!! I stopped my AV from scanning before opening files!! Since I updated my AV version, prob all my settings were restored back to defaults..

    What anti virus program were you using that scanned movies before they would open?

    Ad-Aware through Real-Time Protection. There is a setting called "Scan Local Files"..That didn't affect any of my other files programs. Weird indeed.

    It takes longer to scan a movie because of its size and format.
