compare the folders, delete unique files

Hello folks,

I wonder how can someone compare two folders and delete unique files from one folder out of the two.

In ideal case, I am looking for an utility that will look similar to CloneSpy (http://www.clonespy.com/images/screen.png) but instead of deleting duplicate, will delete Unique files from one folder.
