How do I remove right click menu items?

So I installed some software not to long ago but I uninstalled it because:
    1st Software: Trial Expired.
    and
    2nd Software: Didn't Work.

But when I uninstalled the software it left some stuff on my PC.

    1. Clickteam Patch Maker Settings (Want to remove.)

    2. WinHTTrack Project (Want to remove.)

So I want to remove Clickteam Patch Maker Settings, And WinHTTrack Project

How about trying this : Edit, Add, Remove items from New Context Menu in Windows 8 | 7

Keep in mind, this involves working with the registry which can be very dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. Its best to create a backup just in case.

You want to go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and look for the extensions .uts and .whtt. After that you will want to expand that and delete the Key "ShellNew" on both extensions you want deleted from "New".

    Hope this works for you.

mhansen1, thank you for this HKCR Registry tweak. I've been trying to get rid of new Paint Shop Pro image and new Animation Shop animation right-click items for almost two years, and ShellMenuNew didn't work. This did the trick, finally.
