how can I go up one folder in Win 7 using Windows Explorer

I'm new to Win 7 and can someone explain to me how to go up one folder? In XP in windows explorer there's a up arrow button that you hit. In Win 7 there's a back arrow but no up button. Certainly there's got to be an easy way to do it. Trying to hit all those + buttons on the left directory tree is tedious.

    Thanks,

Use the left arrow in the upper left corner of the window.

I just click on the address in the address bar. E.g. in the picture if I want to go from Sample Videos to Videos, I click on Videos.

Thanks you so much. I knew it had to be easy. That's better than the up arrow, because you can choose precisely what directory you want to go to. The left arrow is the back button, which sometimes works the same way, but other times it's useless

    Thanks again,
