| | If you are upgrading from Vista x64 then you can upgrade to Windows 7 x64 as opposed to formatting and clean installing. |

| | I did a format of my drive which had vista 64bit installed. When I install Win 7 from the Boot-up as I usually do in a clean install how do I get 64bit? I understand Win 7 has both 32 and 64 on the upgrade install disk ? Thks Gil |

| | Cando, The retail package of Windows 7 comes with two installation discs. One is marked 32-bit, and the other 64-bit. You would just use the 64-bit one. If you do not have a retail Windows 7, then you will only have whatever one your disc is for then. |
