Well short of swapping the fan to at least test it; not 100% on this one other than believe it or not; just like any computer component; fans can stop functioning properly at any time or moment and without warning. It still sounds like either the fan itself is bad; and or the power supply that supplies power to the fan for some reason is not being cut off when the system shuts down. Usually most of the time there is no real way to check for how good a fan is within windows. however; if your system bios supports it; you could check the bios for fan stats and see if there is anything in there to let you change when it turns on/off etc.Look man, I haven't changed anything since when I did the custom upgrade so it can't be my fan, what I'm expecting is maybe missing .dll or files
How would I check it?
