I would start checking electrical connections and make sure all are connected, fully seated and none, such as the front panel connections have the polarity reversed. Disconnect everything that is not required for the computer to post. On first post, you should be required to enter bios. No hard drive is necessary, disconnect both connections to it and try with 1 stick of ram, remove the Graphics card if you have on board graphics and use on board graphics. Remove everything that is not required for the computer to POST and get into BIOS. If you can do that, it will tell you a lot of things.
Try with a different mouse and keyboard if you have or can borrow one. As basic ones as possible, some boards have issues with gaming keyboards and gaming mouse. As soon as you enter bios load optimized defaults (typically F5 on Asus boards) as soon as possible. Once you do that, if you can navigate check your Hardware monitor for PSU values for the +12V, +3.3V and +5V. Also check the CPU temp and motherboard temp. You might also check the CPU cooler installation before you try. Make sure it is secure.
If all of that fails. Remove all of the ram and try to boot with no ram installed. It won't boot. You should hear a long serise of beeps. If you do, that is good. It means the motherboard is doing what it is supposed to do.
Try those things and let us know what happens
