While we wait for other members.....

Please post what Restore Points are available around the date you suspect the issue began.

The other thing you might consideer is scanning your system for Malware
AdwCleaner -> follow this post: Instant Savings App
--> Post the logs here

Malwarebytes - > follow this post: Instant Savings App

Let's try to eliminate some things before the cavalry arrives.

also; you should do a sfc /scannow. follow the steps to get to a elevated(administrator) command prompt; and type sfc /scannow to check system files.

I'm about to go sleep, so I'll run Malwarebytes during the night, if the problem still occurs, then I'll check the restore points.

Thank you all for your help!

4 viruses detected by malwarebytes, but I had them since 2 weeks, so I don't think they are the problem, I deleted them but the problem still occurs.

How to run a System Restore can be found here: System Restore Try not to use any restore points in the time frame your machine had those 4 viruses

Did you reboot your machine?

Can you upload the malwarebytes (mbam) log? I would like to see what it removed from your machine.

I was trying to do a test for the.....

....."indice de performance windows" (sorry I don't know the name in english, my windows 7 is french), but every time i right click properties on the "computer" window, they both disapear...

It's hard to explain, so I record it on my phone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okY-ad_xIS4

Please, help me!
thanks and happy new year
"indice de performance windows" translates roughly to "Windows Performance Index" otherwise known as "The Windows Experience Index" - Microsoft Windows Help

I watched your video and the behavior displayed could indicate a corrupt or missing system file. The malware that was on your machine could have corrupted, and or replaced certain system files that would be needed to complete the performance/experience indexing, since your operating system (OS) couldn't find these files the OS shuts down the indexing request.

Until you supply the mbam log we won't know how serious the infection was.

In the least, I would run a CheckDisk followed by running SFC /scannow three times as suggested at the first bullet in the blue Note box under Option Two - Step#3. You will want to follow the tutorial in Option two - Step #2 to Scan and Repair System Files and not Step #3 to just verify the files.

If this doesn't help, you may be looking at either a Repair or Clean Install.

To find anything in the SevenForums tutorials go to: Windows 7 - Tutorial Index, and use the alphabetized list at the top of the page to jump around.
