Chrome displaying IE Error Message

this is really weired. Chrome is unable to open "vu.edu.pk" and it displays IE Error Message

i installed AdBlock and nothing else from google app store

according to one of my colleague, its Microsfot IIS (Internet Information Server) Errror Message instead of IE Error Message

Now that I look at the info again in your screenshot - is does not mention IE, it is just a 404 page from a server running Internet Information Services
