Error opening task Scheduler

    Error opening task Scheduler


    Hi all.

    This is an annoyance rather than a problem but i would like to get it resolved. Every time I open the task scheduler I get this error.

    Task scheduler then opens correctly. Has anyone any idea where I can find the problem task? It is not in C:\windows\tasks

    Have you run an sfc /scannow Keith?

    Yes Colin with no problems. This has been like it for a while so there is no chance of going back to before. I've just go fed up with it.

Sorry I couldn't come up with better title I had the same problem with this thread https://www.sevenforums.com/general-discussion/151953-task-scheduler-error.html and it solved. But I'm worried now beacuse I end up deleting almost all files in C:\Windows\System32\Tasks especially in Microsoft...
I have a simple task (cmd batch file). Whenever I try to change the settings I get a dialog box that reads as follows:"An error has occurred for task RemoteBk. Error message: The following error was reported: 2147944309". My computer is part of a domain.
