laptop cannot turn on

    laptop cannot turn on


    i suddenly shutdown before looks good but now i i press power on it's no response no light, can't turning fan no sound. id try hard reset but the same problem again. i remember last i can do after i shutdown i removed the hard disk that have a battery - this is a caused?.
    my laptop gateway jm30.
    actually the main problem that i tried to fix my gateway is the lcd problem white screen.but i tried to fix them nothings good.Never mine about the monitor, because i used onother monitor on my pc for temporally used i connect to vga cable to extend the display it's good for temporally cause i have no money to buy new lcd.
    but my problem was increasing due to cannot turn on my laptop...please help.

    Have you got another power supply you can try for your laptop? As if its broken and your battery has gone completely flat you will have the same effect.

    if the battery and power chord adapter inserted in my laptop the led battery goes red light but if you pressed power button canniot turning on.

    I would try removing the battery and holding the power button for about 30-45 seconds. Let sit for a minute then re-inset the battery and then plug the power supply back in and see if the charging light comes back on? Try to power the laptop back on and report what happens. You can also see if you can boot to bios and look to see if your bios has a battery recondition mode and if so then use it and it will discharge and charge the battery and indicate it's condition and re-calibrate the power meter the the actual condition of this battery.
