Windows 7 Error Loading Operating System

I have a Windows 7 SP1 machine with

* C: 120GB SSD
* D: 2TB HD
* E: 500GB HD

All disks are truecrypt encrypted with D and E being system favorite volumes. Today I booted the machine and I got the dreaded Operating System not found error. I booted into the Truecrypt Rescue CD and tried to restore the boot loader. It failed. I then decided to decrypt the system drive, which succeeded after about an hour.

I then booted the machine and I get Error Loading Operating System.

So, I boot from the Windows 7 DVD and select Repair and go to the command prompt and do the following:

Code:
X:\Sources>diskpart

    DISKPART> list disk

      Disk ###  Status       Size     Free
      --------- -----------  -------- -------
      Disk 0    Online       111 GB   0 B
      Disk 1    Online       1863 GB  1863 GB
      Disk 2    Online       465 GB   0 B

    DISKPART> select disk 0

    Disk 0 is now the selected disk.

    DISKPART> list part

      Partition ###  Type          Size     Offset
      -------------  ------------- -------- -------
    * Partition 1    Primary       111 GB   0 B

    DISKPART> list volume

      Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
      ----------- ---- ------------ ----- ----------- -------- ---------- -------
      Volume 0     E   GRMCULXFRER  UDF   DVD-ROM     3075 MB  Healthy
      Volume 1 C RAW Partition 111 GB Healthy
      Volume 2 D RAW Partition 465 GB Healthy

    DISKPART>
I also tried Startup Repair from the System Recovery Options dialog and it found a corrupt partition table on Disk 0, but says it repaired it. When I reboot, the machine doesn't find the operating system and Startup Repair finds the partition table to be corrupt again on the next boot. Here's a screenshot

I'm not sure how to recover the boot sector of my SSD. Any ideas?

First looks like the partitions need recovering. Use partition wiz free boot disc for that.

http://www.partitionwizard.com/parti...otable-cd.html

That will probably do it. Quick scan, Whole Disk. When it has done the scan,. select ALL the partitions you want to recover and tick APPLY.

Second, if you still have a problem after partition recovery:

try the following from command prompt on booted media:

Use diskpart to find the drive letter of your windows partition, and also the partition which should be active ( if you have a 100mb partition, that will be it ).

At cmd prompt:

Diskpart

(press enter and wait a few secs for diskpart to start )

lis vol

(press enter and note the drive letters. Next select the letter of your active partition - probably the 100mb, which might be C )

sel vol c

(press enter )

act

(press enter)

exi

( press enter to exit diskpart)

bcdboot <windows partition letter>: / s <active partition letter>:

(E.G. bcdboot d: / s c:

then press enter)

bootsect /nt60 ALL /force /mbr

(press enter)

First, I booted into the Partwiz cd and got this. I have waited 20 minutes but the machine gets no further

I then removed my D and E drive SATA cables from the motherbaord and booted from the Windows 7 DVD, selected Repair Computer. On the System Recovery Options dialog there are no operating systems listed, so I selected the top option (Use recovery tools). I then selected command prompt. I then typed in:

Code:
DISKPART> list disk

* Disk 0 Online 111 GB

DISKPART> sel disk 0

Disk 0 is now the selected disk.

DISKPART> list part

* Partition 1  Primary 111 GB 0 B

DISKPART> sel part 1

There is no partition selected.

DISKPART> list vol

  Volume 0     D  GRMCULXFRER  UDF   DVD-ROM   3075 MB  Healthy
* Volume 1     C               RAW   Partition 111 GB   Healthy
DISKPART> sel vol c

Volume 1 is the selected volume.

DISKPART> act

There is no partition selected.
Please select a partition and try again.

DISKPART>
I then exited disk part and did:

Code:
bcdboot C: /s C:
Failure when attempting to copy boot files.
I then tried the bootsect command and rebooted but Operating System still cannot be found. Any more ideas? Is it a reinstall?

If I try to install windows, the SSD drive is not found. However when the machine boots, the BIOS does detect the drive.
