Computer freezing randomly

I just did a fresh install of windows 7 like I do every year about 20 or so days ago and now I've recently been suffering frequent computer freezes. Its not consistent like it would freeze right after boot. It would freeze like 2 mins after I log in, or 3-6 hrs after using my computer or leaving it on, or simply not freezing that day. I have all the windows 7 update and all my drivers are updated.

Have you checked for Viruses or Malware?

Which AV program do you use?

Do you have a Malware removal tool installed?

I have a solid state drive, how do I check if its bad? I use MSE. I run a scan every sunday. Haven't check for Malware. Should I install one like malwarebytes and check?

Install and run malwarebytes. You can download it from my signature. Run a full scan. Keep the program, its great.

As for checking if your ssd is bad, try something like this:

Sppedfan can check SSD health status:

SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

I have tried this software before and it seems to work well:

SSD life - tool for solid state drives health and endurance monitoring

I ran a quick scan on malwarebytes, everything check out okay and the same for my SSD with speed fan. I ran a extended test on my SSD. On my first HDD, ran same test, fitness is like 3/4 full and performance is missing one block. My second HDD isn't showing up though. I pressed the refresh button for the list and its still not showing. I'm able to access the second HDD through my computer and still use everything on it.

Okay....When you look in event viewer-is there any disk related errors under system logs?

It takes a lot of scrolling, but its worth it.
