    OK

What you are saying is total re-install?
What would my best practices be in the future?

Click the blue link: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Ask back any questions you have.

You should delete all partitions during the booted install to get it cleanest.

Then avoid tweaking other than normal System settings if you want Win7 to always run perfectly.

Nope, the server doesn't like it? Let me know if there is a .ZIP file alternative upload?
This is the preferred, best way to upload an image or a file to a post. Press the Windows logo key and PrntScrn at the same time, this will capture the active window to use in Paint or your preferred graphics editor.

You may also upload a photo or image you already have as you would a file, without using the Snipping tool.

You can also zip any type file and upload here, less than 8MB.

    Solved.

Today I asked an acquaintance I.T. guy about his opinion on my TV tower problem.
He looked at the display when the PC was attempting to boot and decided it wasn't hardware at all. He eventually looked at the BIOS and swapped IDE to AHCI and it booted up normally, after a short pause.
I guess the IDE SATA setting got dropped when the power lead came off inside the box originally?
