Laptop only starts up in Safe Mode, extremely slow.

I have a Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Laptop. I'm not very tech savvy.

I'm having this problem recently. My laptop won't start normally. There is a black screen for 15 minutes, then the user login appears (I've never had a user login page). When I click my user, the laptop then takes another 15 minutes logging in. It takes me to the desktop and starts freezing. Soon a message pops up saying (based off of my memory) "Microsoft Windows is not responding. The program may respond if you wait". That's it. Once that message pops up, everything is frozen beyond use. When I start up with safe mode (like I am right now, with networking enabled), the laptop takes extremely long to start up, but after a while, it does and everything is normal.

I tried scanning my computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, but it freezes after 50 seconds of a Quick Scan or Full Scan and when it does, nothing else works and I have to restart. My antivirus, Bitdefender, won't work either. (saying "Bitdefender services are not responding" and that it's services are unavailable at the moment.) I used a few other tools like CCleaner and Auslogics Boost Speed and they both work, but the problem still isn't fixed.

    Any help?
