Problem with downloading to a specfic hard drive

Im running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and am having an issue with downloading a file and saving it on specfic hard drive on my computer. Whenever i try to download ANYTHING onto this specific hard drive it keeps giving me "A Required Privilage Is Not Held By This Client". I've tried to go through properties on the hard drive and allow myself to get full control of the hard drive, but that still doesnt work.

If anyone can help me solve this problem I would greatly apperciate it.

Could you right-click the drive in explorer->Properties->Go to Security Tab->Click on "Users" and then post a screenshot?

Never mind I got it to work after I turned off the UAC setting. Thank you though for offering me your assistance.
