    Did I find a difference between Ultimate/Enterprise?

I've been running Windows 7 Ultimate (RTM) on my machine for a few weeks, but recently I got access to download the Enterprise edition (which is what I'll be deploying at my company).

I've noticed a small change in the way the lock screen works - in ultimate when the computer is locked and I press CTRL ALT DEL it takes me straight to the password entry screen, now in Enterprise I have to click (or press enter) on asmall user account icon with the word "Locked" underneath on an new screen that I haven't seen before between the "Press CTRL ALT DEL" screen and the password entry screen.

Does anyone know if this is a setting that can be changed? It's not that big of a deal but it is kind of annoying and strange that it hasnt happened on any of my previous installs on about 10 other builds, but I've always used Ultimate before.

FYI this computer is part of a domain

I have installed Enterprise on one laptop that is also connected to a domain. Pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE takes me straight to the password entry screen.

I have come accross what you mentioned though with my Ultimate version I am using. When I used LogMeIn to remote into my computer and clicked the Unlock button to type in my password automatically, I then had to click the small user icon that said Locked underneath when I next logged into that computer.

I am not fully sure if this was related to LogMeIn as I haven't checked since. Be intersting to find out if you have it installed, to rule out if it was that that caused the issue.

Interesting, I do not have LogMeIn installed, I only have about 5 apps installed, all of which were installed on my last install. Good to know it's not enterprise specific, but very strange...

Hmmm, something else is causing this issue then. Need to find out what...let the hunting begin!

So this morning I installed Adobe CS3 and rebooted - when my computer booted back up the login screen had "other user" as the only option - so i clicked it - typed my credentials and logged in fine - now the lock screen seems to have returned to its original behavior (no intermediate screen)...

I got rid of that screen by adjusting power options
Seemed that it was locked by drives powering down
