I am still missing the Ethernet controller that I have just been infirmed is becauseci am not paying vat tent I on and that I just ignored the most prominent instruction by not plugging the either net cable in during install and I guess that he is saying it won't install unless I do everything all over again! I was just about to go to the link you left for it to. And the other drivers missing are the Universal Serial Bus (USB) CONTROLLER and the other one says UnKnown device. all three are located under other devices in the device manager. Thanks again for your help I apologize if I am not so good at this I'm really trying!

I am sorry I am just very overwhelmed by all the information and I apologize for disturbing you really I made a mistake that happen to some people. Any way I guess this means that is why the three drivers left won't install. I am new to this and it is somewhat difficult for me to get it right so if I have to start all over again then I guess that is what I will have to do. But really for some one who has never done this type of technical actions and is just trying his best to learn because lenovo screwed him over and is offering no help for a large amount of money spent I would say that I am frustrated and doing my best thank you for the reminder that I am not paying close enough attention I will do better and hopefully not disturb any one else
Some of us here do not mind helping and understand that corresponding with someone is more reassuring that reading a tutorial and trying to figure things out for yourself. It is not a bother to help.

We are glad to help. I only wanted to point out this is all covered in tutorial as a reminder.

Let us know if there are any other missing drivers. If Unknown Device, in Device Mgr click on the Device, then Details tab, dropdown Hardware ID. Copy and paste back the code from first line.

Don't worry about it, no need to apologize...everyone (or almost everyone) makes mistakes. It can be very daunting if you dont do this regularly, we were all in your shoes when we first started. Keep asking back as much as you need to.

Just install windows yourself, it`s very easy and we`re here to help, burn a 64 bit dvd and you`ll have windows installed in 15 minutes.

How did your warranty get screwed up just from ordering some dvd`s ?

Don`t you know when your warranty is up ?

    Don`t you have paperwork ? A receipt ? A bank statement ?

I can`t believe you just can`t call and say hey, you sent me the wrong software and they won`t send you what you want

I agree with AddRam here; definitely go for trying to install windows 7 if you can somehow get the right media with the install files on it. And yea; I too would be considering taking legal action against them if need be as for them to tell you your warranty is expired; if in fact it isnt; is just ridiculous.
