    My laptop crashes then restarts


    Hey,about 3 days ago my lap started to crash and aftter 2-3 seconds it restards..that happends about once per day..all i want to ask is will it be fixed if i format my laptop? Thanks for your time

    1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop
    2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'
    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

It doesn't do it every time, but it's becoming a pain in the neck. It doesn't blue screen and there's nothing in the event viewer. My specs are attached. I'm of a mind to think this is just hardware based, but any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
