Not Sure

All of a sudden I am getting the following message every time I try to start a new page.

"Microsoft Word Starter 2010 can not be opened. Try again or repair the product in Control Panel."

Can somebody tell me in Kindergarten language how to solve this problem.
Thanks in advance.

Hello John,

Click on Start > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program. Find it in the list of installed programs. Right click on it and select Change > Repair.

Hope this helps,
John

Thanks John, from the moment I submitted my query, to getting your reply and acting on it, and problem solved was about 20 minutes total. You can not get better service than that.
Thanks again mate.

Did your Word Starter come with the PC?
If so it is a trial version and has a time cut off for use.
If it's a trial version you will need to pay for the upgrade and then you will be able to use it.
