If you have a 64 bit system and 32 bit install media, you can contact your local Microsoft office or the manufacturer of your system and request 64bit media.

This would entail a complete reinstall of the system using the new media.

Microsoft or other suppliers may charge P&P for the media

Windows cannot be "upgraded" in place from 32 bits to 64 bits (or viceversa, for the matter). Once you have installed 32 bits, the only way to convert it to 64 bits is to do a full OS reinstall, using a 64 bits install disc, replacing your current install.

You may download the original ISOs for both x86 and x64, for all editions from here: Windows 7 Direct Download Links. As long as you use the very same version, you can use the very same serial you used on the 32 bits version on the 64 bits one.

A tutorial for the full reinstall is here: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
