    Need Help With My Computer


    Hello for the past few weeks now something has been happening to my computer when I turn it on sometimes it freezes and I cant click nothing the mouse point is a loading icon, Also on you tube and when I am listing to music on my iTunes the sound goes weird and jumps, Can someone please help it would be much appreciated thanks in advance for any help

    Well; has this been giving a blue screen of death? If so, can you please upload the dump files as outlined in the instructions above. i

    No mate no blue screen sorry I must have posted this in the wrong section where can I get help with this there is something seriously wrong with my computer

    That sounds like something is delaying the startup. Follow these steps and I'll see if I can work out what it might be.

    1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop

    Download


    2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'

    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

    Also my internet icon bottom left says its no connected to the internet when it is and disconnects sometimes

    You seem to have both Norton and Bitdefender installed - thats a no-no as they will compete for resources, and may conflict with one another.

    I would clean up those items shown in Norton, then uninstall it completely (it is a known resource hog on some systems). When you reboot, see if things go a bit quicker.

    How do I uninstall bit defender I was only trying out the trial I want to use Norton again until I get cash for BD, Thanks in advance

    Its not in my control panel so I cant uninstall it sorry if I am not making scene noob to all this
