Try starting with a clean startup and see if that helps.

Now you lost me ...

As I understand it, your issue is with Windows HYBRID sleep.
The PC works OK with sleep or hibernate, it just doesn't work with HYBRID sleep.
For me HYBRID sleep is a Windows option - not a BIOS option.

When Hybrid went wrong earlier I lost my two DVD-Drives from "My Computer"

and I can't get them back, I've tried the device manager and checked in the bios but they're not there O_o

Sounds like it - beyond me why HYBRID would do that ...
I was just looking through the manual for your MB.
If you don't have the manual, you can get it here:
Motherboards - P5Q PRO

Good work - glad you got it fixed!

This is my first strange problem I encountered since signing up on this board. I will post screencaps tomorrow. I have been told to look to underneath my battery's compartment to find the COA. Nothing else unusual, except that I was prompted to hit F1 and also my clock reset itself in Windows. What...

So recently I had a devastating power loss event caused by a cat, and when I restarted, to my horror, it wasnt even recognizing my brand new Crucial C300 SSD. Long story short, luckily it isnt bricked, but I had to pull my CMOS battery before it recognized again. So now everything seems to be...
