Hi Hemanth90, Welcome to the forums.

Can you please take a screenshot of the issue and place it here? Here's how you can take and post it here. Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

Till then you can try to rebuild the icon cache. Here's how you do it. Follow this tutorial Icon Cache - Rebuild

If both options do not work. Try this,

Go to microsoft office-- microsoft office tools-- microsoft office picture manager-- help-- detect and repair-- check restore my shortcuts while repairing.

This should restore all the microsoft office shortcuts and icons

User-name folder mentioned in the tutorial is telling you to be in the user name that you have created on your PC.
Like
c:\>users\ your name

Where "your name" is the user name you have.

You can use those commands even on the base line.
