    Win 7 Student Question

I Windows 7 with the £30 student offer. I also ordered the Disk Kit. In the confirmation email, it said I would recieve another email telling me when the disk kit has been shipped. Has anyone had that email yet, or recieved the disk?

Hey, you know, reading the OP I realised I haven't had the promised shipping e-mail either. I ordered my Windows 7 Professional last week and paid extra for the disk kit and I've decided to wait to install from the disk rather than faffing around with the download. Maybe I should get in touch with them and check.

The one from Digital River, £30 for either Home Premium or Professional, and an additonal £9 for a 'Disk Kit', containing a Backup DVD

If you are talking about Digital River, I would contact them as soon as possible... They are offering a refund if you wish.. there has been nothing but problems associated with this offer......

    Caveat Emptor .... Buyer Beware!!!

I was planning on contacting them if I dont hear anything about the disk kit by friday, I know there have been problems with the download version, but hopefully, the disk kit will have been spared those problems
