    See the problem is the only option i have is "system repair" command prompt doesnt show up

    There is no "System Repair". Do you mean "Startup Repair" or "System Recovery"? If you are getting "Startup Repair", follow the tutorial given above and let us know what happens.

    I dont have the command prompt though
    So i cant type in the letters

    Did you use the link in step 1 to be able to boot to a command prompt using your retail installation media or Startup Repair Disc?

    I dont have my disc

    If you like, you can download the latest official Windows 7 with SP1 ISO file for your edition at the link below, then use the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool to create a installation DVD/USB with from the ISO on any computer to use on your computer.

    There's no guarantee. It'll either work or not work, but will not make it worse. It's a first step that will hopefully work to avoid having to do more drastic measures.
