Please help me: Can the file browsing history be "corrupt"?

    Hello everyone

I was wondering if when you open a tab/folder and browse through folders, files, pictures etc. if the browsing history can be corrupt, invalid or change?

    Example:
Someone opens a tab and "surfs" on the pc in the same window/tab.

    A (start folder) > B > C > D > E > F
And then you can click back through the way you came.
    F > E > D > C > B > A

But i experienced this, when i used my already opened PC and i thought i knew which files and folders i had been looking into:
    A > B > C > D > E > F
And then when i went back, i was lead through another way that i came, through folders i haven't openend in months (i have reboot my computer the day before this)
    F > Z > Q > R > T ... etc.

Can this happen? or is a flaw or something? I have Windows 7 original, not cracked, fully updated, i have the newest AVG with full update and scan often. I also have A-aware and scanned for spyware and malware, nothing found.

The reason i ask this, is because a person have used my computer, and wanna know if the person has been sniffing through my personal documents.

Thank you very much in advance for you replies.

    Best regards

    Emil

hi emilfrederiksen. welcome to the forums.

i'm not entirely sure what you are asking or what the issue is? however, i will comment that from what you say. It would seem that whoever has been using your computer may have been looking in the files that you state shows in the history.

if this is the case you will have at least learnt one thing...

and that is not to let anyone use your computer without supervision. :)
