Unkown Publisher

Hello,

Im new to these boards, and I did try the search function but I havent seen anything regarding the Unkown Publisher problem im running into. Its strange... when I download a Driver (Nvidia) or a program (Ventrilo) it will not even attempt to run the program. I am running the 64 bit OS, so I did download the correct Drivers from Nvidia and I did download the Ventrilo client that is for the 64bit system. What is odd about it, is that both of the applications will not run after they download. I get a pop up, " Unkown Publisher " even after I tell it to RUN it just closes and nothing happens.

I have tried to compatibility function with Windows 7. I ran it as Xp and as Vista and both times it just closed. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
