    Slow startup+animations

So, this nasty bug/glitch started yesterday when I restarted, which seems almost unfixable.

So, the hard drive, memory and processor is just fine, but there's some problems with graphics. The startup takes 30+ minutes, and probably because the startup animations needs to finish but it moves like 1 pixel per minute. So yeah. Also when in the computer, graphical loading times are extremly slow (example aero effects), but the funny thing is, when I go play some games it runs 60+ fps but it's like an unlimited bullet time (I can provide videos if needed). So the bug seems to be like a slow motion effect not low fps/graphics rendering.

    Here's what I've tried:
Uninstall drivers via DDU and reinstall
Update and reset BIOS to default settings
    Reinstall DirectX
    Tried safe mode, same thing
    Windows recovery
Now here's the tricky part: I plugged out my 660 and used the build in intel HD 4000; but it still persists
    sfc /scannow
Registry cleaning via CCleaner, got backups

I DO NOT want to reformat, since I don't have a backup hard drive and I don't want to lose everything
I know, this is a tricky one, I'd be glad if someone would help.

    Hi there,

I know you said you don't want to format the drive etc. but it might be well checking out REDO backup utility, take a complete backup of your computer and reinstall Windows, making sure you have all the latest drivers etc. maybe even do one update at a time i.e. BIOS update, then restart, GPU driver then restart. This is to see if you get the same issue, you can narrow down what combination/or single driver or bit of software is to blame.

I know it seems radical but a 30 minute boot time?!?!?!?!?! Ridiculous.

    Regards
