Setting up a RAID storage array

I currently have win7 x64 installed, i have a 320GB partitioned for a dual boot, XP and win7, then i have a 1.5TB storage drive which is filling up, im thinking of getting 2 or 3 1TB drives to create a raid array(0 or 5, not sure whether to have fault tollerance or not).

if i were to start with 2 drives (no parity) could i add another to the array later and could i then include partiy at a later date?

    Thanks,

This depends on your RAID array and it's capabilities. I was able to do it with my RAID cards (Highpoint) - but you'll have to check the documentation/FAQ's for your RAID controller.

FWIW - I switched RAID controllers when I installed the 7 RTM - and lost everything off my RAID 5 array (luckily I thought this might happen, so I backed everything up).
