    Please help every time I right click on desktop explorer exe crashes

    I tired malewarebytes to scan for infections i also disabled shells using shellEXview and I also did a system restore nothing works please help this is getting annoying and frustrating

    Gimp is similar to photoshop. Supposedly it installs the DLL shown in the text you posted. Anyway, if it is installed, try uninstalling it.

    What were the results of SFC /SCANNOW Command?

    If no corrupt files found, go to Control Panel>User Accounts, create a new Admin level account to see how it functions. Report back.

    I made a second admin account like you said on that account nothing is wrong when I right click noting happens
    so how do whats the problem with my main account

    What were the results of SFC /SCANNOW Command?

    You've likely got a corrupted User Account which might be reparable with SFC or a Repair Install.

    But if there are no problems operating under the new User Account then I would move my data over, assure all programs have their links to the new Account, then eventually Delete the old account in User Accounts. Just to be sure you have everything, you can have it put the old account in a folder on your desktop until you know everything has made it over.
