    Public user delete

Plse forgive as I'm sure this has been asked B4. Yet, a quick search didn't yield the answer I think I'm looking for. No one but me uses this computer. I think I understand there needs to be a Admin and a lower ranking user account. So, how do I delete all users (public and default included) and just have one user that elevates to adim when necessary? Thx in advance for replies or links to the topics that may help

Hello KT, and welcome to Seven Forums.

"Public" and "Default" are not user accounts. They are system folders that should not be deleted.

"Default" is what is used as a template to create a new user account from.

"Public" is just a set of public folders used to be able to easily share files with all users if you like since all users have access to the Public folders by default. If you do not wish to share files in the Public folders, then you could turn off public folder sharing to prevent it though.
    Hope this helps, :)
