MP4 file won't open in MediaGo:I get a MediaGo.exe - System Error msg

...Sys Error Msg says:

"Program can't start because libcef.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Do I have to uninstall & reinstall MediaGo.exe, or can I just download libcef.dll safely from somewhere?
