    User profileservice failed the logon message


    it started today. I cannot access my profile. it logs off if you continue. I have all the Norton latest. What to do?

The above is the message on my pc for my own user profile. I have other family members logging on ok as I am on one of their accounts now. I can clearly access internet gmail work (sadly) from here but not my account on the pc. Big concern also is that I am the administrator? What do I do?
