How can I print addresses on Envelopes and Labels ?

I have recently acquired a Laptop running Windows 7 Professional. Originally I used Windows 98 (Word 2000 version) and thereafter Windows XP Home. Previously, with both systems, to print addresses on Envelopes and Labels I simply clicked on Tools and up came *Envelopes and Labels*. I clicked on that and I was off.
*Tools* in my Windows 7 does not help. Is this facility hidden somewhere else ? I have hunted but have not found anything as yet. Any ideas?

Depends on the word processing program you are using, not the OS.
