screen colour changes just after start up

I'm not technical at all, but need some help. When I start up my laptop I can see the photo that is on the background of the desk top, the colour is fine, but after a few seconds it changes to a dark red tinted colour. I have recalibrated the screen several times and there is nothing wrong, but the colour is still incorrect. This is an issue as it is making some things very hard to see.

Can you post a screenshot of the issue please?
This is the preferred, best way to upload an image or a file to a post. Press the Windows logo key

and PrntScrn at the same time, this will capture the active window to use in Paint or your preferred graphics editor.
