[Help] Taskbar :Disable hot track color and enable multiselect items ?

Hi, i've searched for a day but i still haven't found the solution for these problems, if there is a way to solve this (such as using a software ..),please tell me ( i'm using Win7 32 bits)

    1. Is there a way to multiselect items in taskbar ?

When grouping is disabled, the ability to manage multiple taskbar items using multiselect (Ctrl+click) to tile, cascade, minimize or close the selected group of windows has been removed.
    2. How to Disable 'hot track' hover colours in taskbar :

I don't want the taskbar items become glow while hovering ,
I want Win7's taskbar become like Windows XP ,that means the color of selected (not hovered) items in taskbar become "dark" ,sothat we can easily know which is selected

    Thanks in advance :)
