hi there guyz and dev's... i need help on how to delete the folders that has name like..."0c9be5df1f496cc34f654e14a0" PERMANENTLY they have a 0 bytes memory... if i delete them it seems nothing happens its still there.... when i open the folder it will ask for administrator first.. i guess some of you encounter this... i provided an image: on image 1/below that's the folder looks like..on image 2/top that is on my drive D. the greyed ones are my file folders...
... i guess those folders are came from the recylce bin .. when you empty recycle bin then in will go to drives and make those folders automatically.. thats what i understand on it...

!!!they are not virus!!! maybe some will think of it, but its not...

hope someone can help me,,coz they are really crowding my drives both in C and D...

    thanks in advance..

If you are using a hard drive (NOT a ssd) this is what I use and it helps.
I use it after removing a infection. Otherwise their is no reason to use it. Those files you are concerned about will just be wrote over when the space is needed.

    Ccleaner

    Download CCleaner 4.11.4619 - FileHippo.com

It has a option to Clean Free Space when you scroll all the way down.
I have found that it will wipe the $Recycle Bin also.
You must be careful what drive you pick and what you select.

Sorry - the video just shows that some Microsoft installers make these folders.

You do not need to download/install 2008 C++.

In that post that I pointed you to was a link to a "Take Ownership" tutorial.
Here is the link again: Take Ownership Shortcut

    1) Follow the steps in that tutorial to add "Take Ownership" to the context menu.

    2) Right click on one (or more) of the folders.

    3) Select "Take Ownership" from the context menu.

    4) Delete the folder(s).

    5) Repeat for each folder.
