PC Locks up playing PlanetSide 2 and occasionally when rendering video

My PC recently developed a problem where it will lock up (audio loop and screen frozen; no BSOD/Black Screen) and requiring me to do a hard reset.

The lock up occurs at random when I play PlanetSide 2 and occasionally when I'm rendering a video with Adobe After Effects CS6. I have the latest updates for both programs.

    --------------------
    PC Specifications
    --------------------

    OS: Windows 7 Professional x64
    Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Pro4-M
    RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB @ 1600 MHz
    CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K @ 3.4 GHz (OC'ed to 4.2 GHz)
HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda and 500GB Samsung 2.5"
    PSU: AcBel 650W
Video Card: Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB
    NIC: TP-Link Wireless N 300mbps

I have the latest version of Catalyst Control Center, 13.12, and have the latest updates for Windows 7. The computer doesn't lock up when I play other graphic intense games such as Battlefield 3 on ultra. I've read an article about CCleaner damaging and corrupting the AMD Video Drivers.

    I've completed 3 passes of Memtest86+

Did you make sure that all of your fans are running? What are your Cpu temps. The system could be overheating. Computers do weird stuff when the are running hot. Try coming off 4.2ghz you might be pushing the system too much.

I reinstalled my computer and turns out it was my AMD Drivers. They weren't functioning properly. I've completed a full FurMark Burn-in 1080p 8x MSAA for 15 minutes to check the video card's stability. My temperature at stock clock reached 67 degrees celsius, is that a good temp reading?
