I found this posted on the Malwarebytes forum, it has an in depth removal guide (Post # 3). Hopefully this helps you.

From what I've seen & read, it is quite a pain to remove. Any chance you can do a system restore to the point before the infection occurred? Might be best to go back 2 or 3 points past the 1st restore point, since some malware embeds itself in the 1st restore point.

Another thing you could try is Norton Power Eraser.
