Slow windows startup on the " Starting Windows Screen "

Hey guys, as the title says, my windows is taking long to load on the starting windows screen. I have a feeling it is my graphics drivers because ever since i got a new GPU and uninstalled and installed my new drivers it has taken longer to load i've uninstalled and installed again but nothing changed. Since then ive done system scans using Advanced system care and such but nothing has changed still.
Any suggestions and greatly welcomed, thanks

A long time to boot is a subjective concept, how long does it take to boot? Also, the boot time isn't all that important as long as the system performance is good. I have a laptop with an SSD which boots rather quickly and a PC tower which takes much longer to boot, but both systems perform very quickly once fully up and running.

I could exactly time how long it was to boot, but from just the windows starting bit it was 80 seconds, which doesn't seem that much but its a lot more considering the speed it was before i had the driver.

You could try to roll back the driver(s) by going to "Device Manager" and selecting to roll back the driver, if that option is available, or go to the manufacturers site and look for the previous version there, if there is no available roll back.

Just an FYI; both my systems take as long or longer than your 80 seconds.

Since the time this has started, the drivers have been updated a couple of times so i doubt i can find the driver. i understand that your systems take the same time its just annoying that it was quick and after the install it was slow, its not a huge problem but it just bugs me i guess.

"Windows Starting" Screen abnormally slow
Over the last couple weeks I have been having this problem where my PC hangs on the "Windows Starting" screen for around 60-90 seconds. I have experienced less than 30 seconds (usually around 5-10 seconds) over the past year. My PC specs are as follows: Asus P8Z77-V LK Intel i7-3770k 16GB...

Windows 7 won't start, hangs on "Starting Windows" screen, no logo
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I can't think of anywhere else. This is going to be long, but hopefully all the information will help. Last week, I attempted to recover my Western Digital My Book Essential 1 TB (this is the second time recovering it, but I'll figure...

Repeated freezes at Starting Windows screen, "Startup Repair" no good
I've been working on this problem with people on the BleepingComputer forum for over two months, and while all of their advice has seemed slightly sensible at the time, after replacing EVERY SINGLE PART OF THE COMPUTER save the Seagate-tested, Seagate-passed Seagate hard drive, the CPU, and two of...

Windows 7 Clean Install: Freezes on "Starting Windows" screen
Hey guys, I've been trying to fix this myself but with no luck. Maybe you can give me some tips? I think it is a hardware issue which I have little to no experience with. It all started when I decided to upgrade to Windows 7 x64 from my Vista x64. I had nothing of importance on the computer,...

BSOD after "starting windows" startup screen
My system has continually played up since I bought it about 5 weeks ago. My very first power up gave me three blue screen crashes with a "cpu fan error" and 2 beeps on POST. The system was bought overclocked (from 3.2 to 4 GHz) and I assumed this was the problem but during most of these...
