win7 keyboard issue

pressing any 2 of the arrow keys+spacebar at the sametime and one of the 3 keys wont work
tried to reinstall keyboard driver but does not work
any solutions for this?

oh i press those keys during a game

borrowed my friend';s keyboard stil doesnt work
